Judges will be looking for Microsoft-led projects that demonstrate strategic impact, technical excellence and measurable value through inclusive, secure and scalable digital solutions.

Clear use of Microsoft platforms or tools to solve a defined business, technical or societal challenge.

Measurable impact

Evidence of improved productivity, collaboration, efficiency, accessibility, customer experience, cost savings or community outcomes.

Technical excellence

Strong implementation, integration and delivery across Microsoft technologies, systems, teams or workflows.

Innovation and user value:

A distinctive approach that improves how people work, make decisions, access services or engage with technology.

Security, sustainability and inclusion

Evidence that data protection, governance, responsible technology, accessibility or sustainability were considered throughout.

Scalability and long-term value

Proof the solution can grow, evolve or continue delivering value across users, teams, customers or communities.
